NeoGenomics is looking for a Manager, Workday HCM who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday - Friday day shift.

Position Summary:

The Manager, Workday HCM position will enable and support business solutions across Human Capital Management. They will use their Workday expertise and analysis skills to assess and translate complex business needs into defined requirements. This position analyzes, configures, tests, implements and maintains the Workday application and the integrations with other systems, as well as provides advanced knowledge and expertise in problem determination, evaluation and resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on configuration of testing and production tenants.
  • Oversight of testing and development environments and services by identifying, resolving and/or escalating issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams/LOB to drive and lead business requirement gathering, design, build, testing and deployment of Workday functionality.
  • Analyze business process to identify and implement solutions to address business specific requirements and provide continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for ongoing support, maintenance and updates to Workday modules (Core HCM - Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation).
  • Serve as a Named Support Contact to log cases and partner with Workday.
  • Identify and partner to resolve data/integration issues.
  • Lead the review, testing, and updates for bi-annual Workday releases.
  • Documenting complex process modeling and translating user needs into business requirements and functional trainings.

Experience & Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, HR, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM for configuring business processes and system build; including extensive experience with business processes best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Security for role assignment and SOX controls required.
  • 3+ years of experience of custom and standard Workday reporting required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Benefits events, such as Open Enrollment and 1094/1095 reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance functional areas.
  • 3+ years of experience building and testing Workday integrations and performing EIB uploads.
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM for configuring business processes and system build; including extensive experience with business processes best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Security for role assignment and SOX controls required.
  • 3+ years of experience of custom and standard Workday reporting required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Benefits events, such as Open Enrollment and 1094/1095 reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance functional areas.
