Position Overview

As an Operations & Technical Coordinator at Maneva, you will embark on an exciting, high-growth journey. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, research, and problem-solving. This role offers a chance to support both our Business Operations and Deployment team by coordinating schedules & travel, contract and and quote management, assisting with procurement, researching integrators and hardware solutions and more! It's a great fit for a detail-oriented individual with technical curiosity who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations and technical project coordination within a fast-paced startup environment.

1. Scheduling & Administrative Coordination

  • Assist in managing executive and team calendars, scheduling meetings with internal teams, customers, and technical partners.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure important tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Support documentation and organization of key operational and technical initiatives.

2. Research & Vendor Coordination

  • Research and identify potential hardware suppliers, automation integrators, and technical service providers.
  • Compile information on vendors, pricing, and specifications for internal review.
  • Assist with vendor communication, gathering quotes, and comparing procurement options.

3. Customer & Partner Follow-Ups

  • Track and document customer inquiries, ensuring follow-ups are completed by the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in gathering technical requirements from customers to support integration efforts.
  • Maintain organized records of customer needs, product specifications, and vendor capabilities.

4. Procurement & Quoting Support

  • Help collect and compare pricing for technical components and equipment.
  • Assist in preparing quotes for customers based on predefined templates.
  • Maintain a database of orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.

5. Contract & Document Management

  • Organize and track contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure contract renewals and important deadlines are logged and monitored.
  • Maintain digital records for easy retrieval and internal access.

6. General Operational & Technical Support

  • Assist in coordinating product testing and validation with customers or integration partners.
  • Support tracking and reporting on project milestones and technical deployments.
  • Help prepare internal reports summarizing research findings and operational updates.
