Mangomint is looking for a high energy and tech savvy SMB Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive at Mangomint you will play a critical role in expanding Mangomint's customer base by developing strategies, negotiating deals and adding new customers to Mangomint's customer base.
We have ambitious goals for 2024 and 2025 and are looking for Account Executives who are self-starters, excited about connecting with our customers—salon and spa owners—understanding their unique challenges, and offering tailored solutions. As an Account Executive at Mangomint you will:
Manage the full sales process from lead to closed opportunity for companies with 5-50 employees, including conducting discovery calls/texts and product demonstrations
Maintain and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads, accurately forecasting the pipeline and achieving monthly goals
Stay up-to-date with business trends in the salon and spa industry
Act as the voice of our customers, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, customer success, product, marketing) to leverage resources and close new business deals
Close new business deals and continuously work towards improving sales processes
Work Thursday-Monday, with your "weekends" being Tuesday and Wednesday (we're open to discussion on the exact schedule, as long as the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are covered)
A minimum of 2+ years in a customer-facing role in a SaaS sales environment (ideally selling to companies with an ACV of 5k-10k) and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with new people over the phone, text, video and in person
Organization, with a commitment to detailed note-taking and documentation of customer interactions
Willingness to travel occasionally to visit customers or team events
Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on aligning with buyers and driving urgency to move clients from analysis to action
A teachable attitude with a drive for personal development and accountability for self-growth
