About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Mangomint, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This is an great role for someone passionate about sales and ready to build a career in a dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with our sales team to help small to medium-sized salons and spas (5-50 providers) discover how Mangomint can transform their business and make them more profitable.

In this role you will:

  • Contact qualified  leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels with a goal to book demos for the AE team

  • Partner with the AE team to generate new business.

  • Update and manage CRM data (Salesforce)

  • Educate yourself on our  prospects and understand their needs

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to refine strategies and hit performance goals

  • Go above and beyond delivering your quota to help your teammates and company succeed

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 months- 1 year of sales experience (SMB SaaS preferred)

  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach

  • Proven history of personal and professional excellence 

  • Commitment to professional growth and development

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven

  • Passion for helping small businesses (experience in the salon/spa industry a plus)
