About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Mangomint, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This is an great role for someone passionate about sales and ready to build a career in a dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with our sales team to help small to medium-sized salons and spas (5-50 providers) discover how Mangomint can transform their business and make them more profitable.

In this role you will:
Contact qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels with a goal to book demos for the AE team
Partner with the AE team to generate new business.
Update and manage CRM data (Salesforce)
Educate yourself on our prospects and understand their needs
Collaborate with the Account Executive team to refine strategies and hit performance goals
Go above and beyond delivering your quota to help your teammates and company succeed
What We’re Looking For
6 months- 1 year of sales experience (SMB SaaS preferred)
Consultative, customer-first sales approach
Proven history of personal and professional excellence
Commitment to professional growth and development
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
Passion for helping small businesses (experience in the salon/spa industry a plus)
