As a Payroll Support Specialist at Mangomint, you will be a key part of our team, providing expert-level support to our customers. You'll address detailed payroll concerns and identify and resolve a variety of payroll-related issues. Collaborating closely with the Mangomint support and payroll teams, you’ll deliver outstanding service in payroll and payroll taxes. Your role as a Payroll Support Specialist will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely support, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention, and contributing to our company's success.
In this role, you'll deepen your expertise in payroll software, gain a comprehensive understanding of salon and spa industry trends, and apply your knowledge in diverse payroll areas. As a Payroll Support Specialist at Mangomint you will:
Manage customer communications through tickets, live chats, and phone calls
Help other agents in resolving payroll and payroll tax-related issues
Work collaboratively across payroll operations to ensure all critical tax payments and form filings are completed accurately and on-time
Support the onboarding of new customers by ensuring accurate account setup, & facilitating smooth payroll migrations
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the overall system experience, drive usage, and increase customer retention
2+ years of payroll software support experience
Experience using tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Slack and Excel
Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate payroll systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven attention to detail with the ability to manage many tasks and projects simultaneously
Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving, especially in a fast-paced environment
