 ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a Fortune 500 firm, leader at its domain, is looking for an Full Stack Developer.

 Our client has a Tech Hub in Athens with more than 60 employees and the Hub provides IT Services across all corporate functions of the organization in Europe & the USA.

📌 Location: Athens, North sector (walking distance to metro station)

📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 remote)

🖋️ You will be reporting to the Business Applications IT Director.

What you will do:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on various projects, contributing to both frontend and backend tasks. While you’ll start with a focus on React , we’re looking for someone interested in enhancing their backend skills, especially in Java-based environments. This role is ideal for a developer with strong front-end experience who is eager to expand their technical capabilities on the backend.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React for the frontend and Java for the backend

• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features for IoT Product, Configure, design, build and test the application/RESTful APIs or technology architecture components and classes
• Collaborate with other developers, designers (Mobile/Frontend/Backend) to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
• Contribute to the whole automation testing lifecycle, ensuring high quality of code and stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices
• Fix any defects and performance problems, support and enhance applications based on Business/Customer Needs

• Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• 2-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in React, with a solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management
• Good knowledge of Java, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot backend services

• Experience with Git and version control
• strong problem-solving and communication skills
• A passion for building high-quality products that deliver value to our customers
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve
• A team player who is friendly, joyful, and enjoys working on innovative products

• Good knowledge of English and Greek language
