Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support a solid team and organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As an Onboarding specialist, you will be part of the HR team supporting the post offer process of onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to customer service, adept problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, collaborative teamwork skills, and attention to detail.Job Title: Onboarding SpecialistLocation: Tulsa, Ok (onsite).Pay Range: $24/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.Description:• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for assigned candidates, ensuring timely communication and processing of multiple candidate files and requests.• Utilize Taleo system's Recruiting and Onboarding modules to draft offer letters and oversee the pre-employment phase of our Onboarding Program.• Conduct pre-employment screenings, including background checks and medical/drug screenings, and collaborate with HR and legal teams on any related issues.• Ensure accuracy in PeopleSoft new hire data forms and payroll documents.• Administer and enhance staffing processes in our SharePoint team site.• Provide exceptional customer service to new hires and HR stakeholders, addressing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.• Proven experience in HR or onboarding roles, with a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Taleo or similar HR systems preferred.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational and time management abilities.About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson WellsManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
