UI UX Designer

Our client, an industry leader in semiconductors is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have teamwork skills, be detail oriented and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: UI/UX Web DesignerLocation: Meridian, ID (hybrid)Pay Range: $42+/hour DOEWhat’s the Job?• Understand and implement templated and component web design systems, from Atomic Design to Component and Template development, through to site deployment, UAT testing, and ongoing refinement.• Translate brand and business requirements into cohesive wireframes and detailed documentation that align with expectations and project goals.• Produce UX/UI solutions documentation that is actionable for development teams, balancing design detail with front-end development needs.• Utilize modular design systems to layout web pages and guide them through approval processes, ensuring adherence to brand and functional requirements.• Develop governance documentation for UX/UI assets, supporting designers, authoring teams, business units, and development teams.What’s Needed?• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and processes, including atomic design principles, page and template construction, user journeys, and personas.• Proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience designing for CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).• Ability to create and optimize image assets using Photoshop and Illustrator, with knowledge of web file size requirements.• Experience in front-end development and familiarity with development needs in design documentation.• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in UX/UI design within a team setting.What’s in it for me?• Weekly Pay, with direct deposit• Temporary to Permanent employment• Manpower's associate benefits package - medical, dental, vision, 401(k) optionsIf this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
