We are looking for a “Financial Analyst II” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. Job Summary We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will apply intermediate-level subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of business issues, focusing on financial analysis within our organization. The role involves providing transactional and analytical financial insights, maintaining relationships with business leaders, and contributing to business initiatives through detailed analytics and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct moderately complex financial analysis to support financial functions or business needs. • Establish and maintain effective relationships with business leaders to understand and address financial analysis requirements. • Provide analytical support for strategic business initiatives, ensuring financial implications are thoroughly evaluated. • Develop a deep understanding of our organization's financial processes and gain detailed knowledge of business operations. • Handle more complex business issues and provide insights to drive informed decision-making. • Interpret policies and guidelines to evaluate unique circumstances and make appropriate recommendations. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar position. • Experience in multiple finance functions is advantageous. Knowledge and Skills: • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. • Proficiency in business applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, for financial modeling and data analysis. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements: • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures. • Proven track record of handling moderately complex business issues and providing actionable insights. • Adaptability and willingness to learn about our business processes and industry dynamics.
