Digital Transformation Strategist

Currently, ManTech is seeking a visionary and dynamic Digital Transformation People-Centric Strategist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation initiatives with a focus on enhancing the employee experience, improving associated business processes, and ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, business process and human-centered design and change management. This position is 100% remote.Responsibilities• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with customers’ organizational goals and prioritize employee engagement and experience.• Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for digital enhancement. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during digital transformation projects. Develop communication plans, training programs, and support systems to facilitate adoption of new technologies.• Human-Centered Design: Apply human-centered design principles to create solutions that meet the needs of employees and enhance their work experience.• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and operations, to align digital transformation efforts with organizational goals.• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and their impact on employee experience.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.• 10 years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or a related field. Experience in a people-centric role is highly desirable.• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their impact on the workplace.• Strong business process design skills.• Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives.• Experience with human-centered design and user experience (UX) principles.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications• Relevant certifications in change management, project management, or digital transformation are a plus.Security Clearance Requirements• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public TrustPhysical Requirements• Must be able to travel (10% or less).• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
