GENERAL PURPOSE:

 

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is well versed in recruiting technical talent in the energy efficiency and engineering industry. This role has a huge impact on our company’s growth, along with the development of our company culture through sourcing/interviewing/selecting the right talent for the right roles our team. This position may focus on a variety of different positions within our respective business functions and service offerings (Mechanical/HVAC, Building Management Systems, Energy Procurement, Lighting, Roofing & Building Envelope, Sustainability and more). We are looking for a seasoned talent headhunter who brings tenacity, accountability, authenticity, and a passion for building exceptional teams as we continue to grow.


Talent Acquisition, Energy Efficiency
  • Initiate progress and prioritize multiple roles at once while driving Mantis hiring processes: preparation, candidate sourcing, behavioral based interviewing, scheduling, job fit assessments, final selection, and candidate offers.
  • Built quality partnerships with hiring managers, continuously refining key details regarding the missions, goals, and requirements of specific roles.
  • Develop and conduct effective and creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
  • Manage a candidate experience that is authentic, thoughtful, expedient, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at Mantis Innovation.
  • Ensure fair and compliant recruiting methods, maintain diverse candidate flow and adhere to applicable policies, procedures and laws.
  • Guide the candidate selection process, develop job descriptions, interview guides, and provide guidance on offer details.
  • Develop and manage sourcing campaigns through email/LinkedIn outreach.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years successfully recruiting within the energy efficiency or engineering industries.
  • 5+ yrs competently performing a high level of headhunting outreach/sourcing for roles
  • Advanced proficiency with modern ATS platforms; preferably Lever, Greenhouse, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Advanced proficiency with sourcing campaign practices that grow hiring funnels.


$70,000 - $95,000 a year
