As a Director of Demand Generation, you will oversee strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis to build scalable marketing channels, continuously maximizing the current programs, and testing and scaling new efforts. This person will be a critical member of the Marketing Team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Communications, and a key player in driving results for the company while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product and PR teams to deliver effective campaigns. Who You Are You have 7years of experience developing and owning the digital marketing strategy, and effectively managing the performance budget to drive lead acquisition and retention within a B2B SaaS environment. You have experience overseeing digital media buying activities within LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, including identifying new sources of customer acquisition, researching new areas of media, creative, and messaging to increase spend efficiency. You are great at building relationships and working with industry publishers to develop and execute on our strategy for traditional media buys including display ads, sponsored content, sponsored newsletters, and other lead gen opportunities. You can effectively collaborate with and complement the work of our growth team (PR, Events, CRM, Analytics, Sales, etc.) to ensure we're achieving maximum results. You work closely with the Data Science team to build a world-class performance marketing engine across tracking, multi-touch attribution, and optimization across the entire purchase funnel using Marketo. You can operate simultaneously as a lead overseeing campaign management, and as an individual contributor who can set up and manage campaigns at a detailed level. You understand the impact of and measure success of each channel individually as well as holistically and lead reporting efforts to track results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to provide insight to the leadership team into revenue and efficiency targets and ensure we are allocating our spend wisely. You can develop and execute new channel and campaign testing to create a holistic and channel-agnostic strategy to drive towards key business objectives. You manage and mentor acquisition team members, and drive a culture of continual analysis, testing, experimentation, and optimization, while embodying our company values of transparency, collaboration and accountability. You effectively collaborate with senior leadership on strategic alignment and influence key stakeholders.
