You will oversee the entire recruitment process from A to Z and ensure an exceptional candidate experience within Amaris Consulting. You will act as a true business partner to find the best candidates for your internal clients.You will be in charge of:• Qualifying and addressing the needs communicated by the hiring managers• Conducting pre-selection interviews through phone calls• Following up on the recruitment process• Directly approaching candidates and promoting Mantu on job boards and social networks• Developing a network and creating a portfolio of candidates• Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process• Benchmarking the recruitment process• Improving the content of our job offersWe are looking for key individuals in our team to help us improve the entire recruitment process with innovative ideas and concepts.Ideal Profile:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field• A strong interest in recruitment• Curiosity and a proactive mindset• Fluency in English and French• Proactive and team-player attitude• Service-oriented with excellent communication skills• Mastery of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.Mantu is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
