Manufacturing Associate - Pack & Pick - FT

What you will be doing:

• Drive our culture forward through alignment with Clickstop's Core Values and Code.
• Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain productive and efficient methods that allow the company to be profitable and sustainable.
• Support our growth and expand your knowledge by cross-training between our Manufacturing and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain high quality standards in both the way you work and the work the team is doing.
• Operating successfully under deadlines to meet production schedules.
• Contribute to the team by creating and/or maintaining a safe, high performing work environment.
• Working hard, while celebrating individual and team goals and wins.
• Executing your role with autonomy, once trained.
• Packing and picking work in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
• Computer proficiency: utilizing NetSuite for order fulfillment.
• Performing quality assurance: verify product count and the identity.
• Replenishing packing materials every EOD.

Starting pay:
FT 1st shift: $15.00 - 17.50/hr based on experience
FT 2nd shift: $15.00 - 18.00/hr based on experience
