Manufacturing Associates

Hire Dynamics is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Associates to work in a Production environment for a client located in Fort Mill, SC! These are long-term, seasonal opportunities working in a climate controlled facility.

Pay: $15.00/hr-$16.00/hr (depends on shift, PLUS unlimited $100 referral bonuses)

Schedules all include every other Thursday; work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week:

• 1st Shift: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs, 6:00am-4:00pm ($15.00/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs, 4:00pm-2:00am ($16.00/hr)

Job Duties as a Manufacturing Associate for Hire Dynamics:

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• May utilize basic hand tools
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Ensure product meets customer specifications
• Work in a fast-paced environment and able to meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate record keeping and quality documentation
• Able to perform repetitive tasks
• Safely operate a machine on an assembly line
