Areas of responsibility for this role include:

Disposition and debug of RMA returns from field

Lead all HW field failures/Debug and RCCA

Work with cross functional teams of engineers and to drive RCCA on HW failures

Create test plans, procedures, debug guides and validation reports. Own and execute Manufacturing HW failures analysis

Cross-functional leadership with HW Design engineers

Python based automation & Test Development a plus

Evaluate test results, identify trends, ensure adequate test coverage and system stability

Work directly with HW design engineers for escalation and RCCA

Deep understanding of manufacturing process
Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

5+ years hands-on experience in software / hardware debugging & troubleshooting

5+ years experience in test software development

Strong knowledge of manufacturing files and documentation generation

Preferred: Experience in PCB layout and New Product Development

Preferred: Hands on experience with Engineering Change (EC) processes, BOM structures, and new product introduction processes

Preferred: Experience in system-level debugging on x86 or similar platforms

Deep understanding of manufacturing process

Detail oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with clear communication

10+ years of Manufacturing experience

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Flexibility working in a startup that’s continually punching above its weight

A proven ability to work collaboratively across time zones and countries, filter and prioritize high priority tasks, and escalate to management where appropriate
