Description & Requirements

Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and industry-standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. The job holder is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies, and tools in accordance with standard implementation methods in equipment, service and rental. Consultants are also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Assist the realization of business benefits for clients.
Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.
Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
Configure a client business solution.
Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
Provide training to client’s key and end users.
Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.

Required skills:

Finance software experience in at least one industry segment: Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution and/or Manufacturing.
In depth understanding of Finance business processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costing and Fixed Assets.
Project experience with ERP implementations with a Finance focus.
Ancillary experience (in a related field, additional technology, industry, etc.)
Full lifecycle implementation experience implementing ERP systems with a Finance focus.
Formal customer-facing consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Infor M3 applications.
Knowledge of L1/L2/L3 Infor M3 Finance module processes.
Knowledge of software & implementation.

Remote (Dallas, TX; St. Paul, MN; and Alpharetta, GA)
