PERFORMS A VARIETY OF TASKS FOR WORK CENTER OPERATIONS, PRIMARILY INVOLVING THE INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF PARTS IN CONFORMANCE WITH CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS.

SPECIFIC TASKS INCLUDE TRIMMING EXCESS FOAM FROM METAL SURFACES USING VARIOUS HAND AND POWER TOOLS, GLUE AND BLOCK REPAIR, COLD FOAM, FINISHING AND STRAIGHTENING OF FRAMES.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE MAINTAINING SAFETY, PRODUCTION, AND HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS, ALONG WITH COMPANY AND CUSTOMER QUALITY STANDARDS. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE DATING AND APPLING IDENTIFICATION LABELS, KEEPING ACCURATE RECORDS AND PERFORMING OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR.

• no skills required - we will train
• Ergonomic rotation in all areas
• Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift - some training may take place on 1st shift
• Starting rate for WC production $18.71 - $.50 increase every 6 months to max rate
• $.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts
