The Learning and Talent Development (L&TD) Program Manager will be critical in managing our company-wide new hire onboarding programs, building out our role specific onboarding, and creating and implementing manager development opportunities. You possess a strong affinity for employee development while also understanding how to build learning programs that will help us scale for the future. You excel at training design and have experience with training facilitation. You are comfortable working in ambiguous and fast paced environments to deliver cross functional initiatives.
Manage the global New Hire Onboarding and Manager Onboarding programs, including defining content, partnering with stakeholders on content enhancements, facilitating sessions, and creating and centralizing supporting materials for new hires.
Design and implement role specific onboarding for key roles across the organization
Create and facilitate manager development training in partnership with our HR Business Partner team
Own and maintain L&TD technologies, including our LMS, Confluence pages, and our company subscription with Udemy Business
Support various HR programs as needed, including mentoring programs and engagement surveys
Create pre and post learning assessments to measure overall knowledge gain and areas of improvement
Consistently iterate and drive continuous improvement for programs under ownership
8-10 years of experience in HR with a Learning and Development specialization.
Experience with training content design, measurement, and facilitation.
Experience with management of development programs.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Motivation to scale human resources programs and people operations systems at a rapidly growing company.
Experience running a high-visibility project. You know what it takes to lift your vision off the ground.
Gathering and analyzing feedback to inform changes.
Compassionate, empathetic, and tactful communication skills.
Self-starter, able to work on a team or autonomously.
An ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Experience in an early stage company

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $123,675 - $167,325 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
