This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for education technology. The ideal candidate has experience in sales within the SaaS industry and is skilled in using sales tools and technologies to achieve targets.Responsibilities:• Identify and research potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, and other online resources.• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new leads.• Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls for the sales team.• Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed information on prospects.• Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner.• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting prospects.• Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on lead generation activities.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.• Assist in the development of outreach materials and campaigns.• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably within the SaaS industry.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential clients.• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and other sales tools.• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.• Knowledge of the ed-tech industry and early childhood education is a plus.About Us:MarcoPolo Learning is an award-winning developer of content, technology, and instructional support for early childhood education. The salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 to $60,000 + bonus.
