Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our marketing team onsite (non-remote) at our facility in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives to promote our products, services, and brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

2. Content Creation: Assist in developing marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, website content, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling and engaging content.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights into industry trends, customer behavior, and potential growth opportunities. Use data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

4. Digital Marketing: Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media posting, SEO optimization, and online advertising. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns.

5. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to the team.

7. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to improve customer engagement strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

8. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently applied across all marketing materials and communication channels.

9. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.

10. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, but it does not necessarily have to be in marketing.
  • Some experience with Adobe Suite: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc.
  • Up to 3 years’ previous experience in marketing, internships, or related roles is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required. You must be comfortable explaining your ideas to top-level executives and other members of senior management.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights from marketing metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
