Responsibilities:

Support the Strategic/Technical Marketing team with the promotional material review process of new collateral, ensuring on brand, compliant and technically correct marketing materials Support the marketing team in the development and execution of targeted marketing activities aligned with business objectives

Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives

Liaison with Industry associations

Support the marketing team with administrative tasks

Maintain marketing databases, including all work generated by the Technical and Strategic Marketing teams

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other marketing materials

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
-
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the CDMO/Biopharmaceutical industry

Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices

Experience in managing digital platforms

Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable

Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in dealing with internal or external customers and vendors
