Job Summary

At Farm Bureau Financial Services we build relationships with people from all walks of life to help them protect what matters most and prepare for the future.

As a Marketing Associate, your positive attitude and attention to detail will strengthen the relationships with our clients and help grow our agency. You will work with current and potential clients to identify coverage needs and opportunities to grow the agency.

As an effective Marketing Associate, your contributions to the agency will come through activities such as:

• Prospecting through natural market for sales opportunities
• Generating social media content, creating and maintaining strong presence
• Identifying and coordinating community event marketing activities
• Calling and emailing potential clients to try to schedule sales appointments
• Communicating with current clients about discount or coverage offers that may be of interest
• Other activities as the agency marketing campaigns require

Marketing Associate- Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Confident, strong work ethic and independent
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
