Marketing Automation and Analytics Manager

Job Purpose: The Marketing Automation and Analytics Manager, will be responsible for optimizing Allianz Trade North America’s marketing campaigns, automating processes, and analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making. Your role will involve leveraging marketing automation tools, implementing data-driven strategies, and providing insights to improve marketing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of marketing initiatives. We are looking for a self-starter and data wiz who is excited about joining a growing and dynamic team.

In this role you will…
  • Manage marketing automation platform, Marketo, to streamline and automate marketing processes.
  • Maintain and monitor workflows in the system and optimize marketing automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes all nurture programs, lead lifecycles and lead scoring.
  • Accountable for reporting on email, campaign and related content KPIs and ensuring channel revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Generate regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Responsible for target list integrity, segmentation strategy, data quality and regular contact cleansing.
  • Responsible for being current on all direct marketing and automation best practices, including local laws, and applying that to direct marketing efforts.
  • Primarily supports U.S. need directly while serving as subject matter expert for Canada and Brazil email / Marketo needs.

Key Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with an email marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo
  • CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
  • ROI and full funnel reporting aptitude
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in marketing automation and analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

Key Requirements:
  • BS, in Marketing or related field
  • Motivated by high-performance , high-energy, fast-paced team dynamic
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analysis and problem-solving on a highly technical platform
  • Must be self-motivated, positive and confident in outlook, and demonstrate acute attention to detail

Key Skills:
  • Automation experience (Marketo and Certification preferred)
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong sense of self-initiative
  • Innovative
  • Excellent team player
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
