The BentoBox Marketing and Commerce Platform delivers a seamless guest experience dedicated to accelerating growth and helping restaurants thrive. BentoBox empowers modern restaurants to build their online presence, diversify revenue, engage with diners, and increase operational efficiency. To do so, the platform includes products such as websites, ordering (online ordering, pre-order & catering, gift cards, merchandise, tickets), events management, and marketing tools. 

Over 8,000 restaurant concepts worldwide rely on BentoBox as their digital front door. BentoBox is trusted and loved by hospitality groups such as José Andrés’s ThinkFoodGroup and Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and independent restaurants including Emmy Squared, Suerte, and The Meatball Shop. In November 2021, Fiserv, a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology that enables 200,000 restaurants to deliver differentiating experiences, acquired BentoBox. The acquisition will allow BentoBox to support more restaurants than ever before.

About the Role:

The Campaign Operations Manager will report to the Director of Demand Generation and is directly responsible for owning the day-to-day processes to get marketing campaigns out the door. The Operations Manager is part project manager, part marketing manager. In this role, you will keep the Growth team organized, overseeing the project and production schedules for our campaigns. You’ll have an in-depth understanding of the deliverables, to-do’s, dependencies, resources, and processes for the team’s projects and ensure we are delivering on time and to the best of our ability. 

The ideal candidate must have excellent project management skills, is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. The candidate must be comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a trusted, project management partner to the rest of the Marketing team
  • Create and optimize campaign operations including processes and workflows that drive team effectiveness
  • Ensure tactical campaign processes are followed and details delivered for all campaign execution
  • Lead interaction with media partners to ensure they have the assets and details needed to deploy campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and sales enablement to ensure the details and training for campaigns are deployed
  • Communicate throughout the launch process to keep internal stakeholders informed and focused on shared goals
  • Manage the team budget and spend tracking documents

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in marketing, and project management 
  • Experience using Asana strongly preferred
  • Experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce a plus
  • A highly process-driven person who knows that the devil is in the details
  • Experience with budget planning and management
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally 
  • Effective communicator, facilitator, and collaborator
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that is constantly seeking creative solutions and proactively identifying new areas for improvements
  • Adaptable in rapidly changing environments with a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity
