We are seeking a talented Marcomms Manager with proven CRM experience to join our Global Gaming Business Marketing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable to support the writing, producing and promoting various content from the gaming marketing team. You will support efforts that spotlight key tentpole events and initiatives, develop content that drive business impact through our digital channels. Your work will amplify the thought leadership TikTok Gaming Marketing brings to the industry. By helping to create high-level strategies and messaging for those projects, you'll work with and guide the Gaming Marketing B2B teams to show up in truly integrated ways internally and externally.
We are looking for someone who has great passion and understanding of TikTok, the gaming industry, strong writing skills and experience & expertise in digital channels.
What You'll Do:
- Create channel strategy for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, video, email marketing, and more, and support content thereof; and ensure it is integrated with CRM platforms.
- Assist the Marketing Communications Lead in developing and managing Global Gaming marketing communications campaigns and initiatives with a focus on impact, positioning, messaging and consistency;
- Optimize content for SEO and social media, ensuring that content is discoverable and shareable while supporting overall marketing objectives.
- Support on content and channel strategy for the Gaming Marketing Newsletter, which will showcase summarized insights and thought leadership consistently developed by various TikTok Partners.
- Design various social/email/other relevant content for B2B marketing events including pre & post materials & promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and design, to ensure content is aligned with overall marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to continually improve content effectiveness and its impact on CRM goals.
- Utilize CRM systems to generate reports, analyze data, and create audience segments for targeted content campaigns.
- Identify key influencers, publication thought leaders in the gaming industry for partnership to help amplify the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the gaming or advertising industry, with demonstrated experience using CRM systems.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, and how to leverage them for marketing purposes and CRM objectives.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $95000 - $130000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
