Role Profile
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Americas marketing team who can support a wide range of marketing activities. This person will work closely with the marketing leaders to support and assist with key initiatives such as marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, assisting with content development, helping coordinate PR and trade media efforts, and managing partnerships and industry association initiatives and events. Our ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, enjoys working with people across different functional roles and has a passion for marketing.
Principal Responsibilities

Is able to take on and support a wide range of key marketing activities ranging from, but not limited to, social media community management to content development to helping coordinate PR and trade media efforts.

Monitors our brands’ social media channels and responds to any user questions or support issues in a timely, friendly and professional manner.

Regularly engages with our social media community to educate them on RWC products and create positive connections with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and influencers.

Works with our external marketing agency help manage the social media influencer program.

Assists with the creation and management of content across both online and offline channels in a wide range of formats, including but not limited to, blogs, marketing collateral, web pages, emails, print and digital advertising copy, newsletters, infographics, video scripts and campaign materials.

Supports various PR efforts with written content for press releases, articles, etc., and helps manage the trade media calendar and submission of print and digital advertising.

Proofreads and fact checks short- and long-form content across channels to ensure consistent quality, brand voice and product accuracy.

Helps manage relationships and marketing programs with industry associations and key partnerships.

Develops a thorough understanding of our target audience and buyer profiles.

Works closely with Product Management, Engineering and Customer Service departments to stay updated on products and features.

Manages monthly marketing newsletter.

Works on special projects as needed.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Expertise

Bachelor’s Degree
-
1-2 years work experience in marketing, sales or related function.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Up to 10% travel required.

This position will mostly be in an office environment.

The job requires both sitting and standing. Excellent vision, hearing, speech, and motor skills are required to perform the essential functions of the job.
