Exponent is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator in our Menlo Park, CA office to support a variety of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. This role will require you to learn quickly and support the department with event, digital, content, and other types of marketing and communications.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting end-to-end logistics for live and digital event programs, by tracking and updating event details and needs in our event database
• Organizing and managing attendee giveaways and event swag
• Supporting the coordination of all printed materials and shipping logistics for events, onsite set up and tear down
• Supporting digital marketing: posting and reporting
• Supporting content creation and project management
• Supporting queries and/or analytics using department software tools and CRM

You will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, or related field
• 1-3 years of corporate or academic experience in a marketing or event coordination role
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Knowledge and/or willingness to learn HubSpot, Circa, GoToWebinar, Zoom, and/or other event related database management systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or Figma, Cvent or Circa, WordPress or Drupal
• Attention to detail while supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to foster collaboration and effectively communicate both in writing and verbally with clients and stakeholders

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06 per hour depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
