Marketing Coordinator
BayMark Health Services is looking for a creative, energetic and adaptable Marketing Coordinator provide support to all BayMark owned brands through order fulfillment, branding support, patient acquisition strategies and other marketing duties. The coordinator will work in collaboration with the marketing team on designated projects. The role demands highly developed organizational skills, patience and understanding as well as the ability to effectively communicate with others. The Coordinator will be involved with production, ordering and inventory of print and promotional marketing materials, support of digital marketing initiatives, as well as other traditional marketing activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of marketing materials management, inventory, ordering and fulfillment of orders from our treatment locations.
- Works in coordination with Digital Marketing Specialist on various digital tasks relating to directory management, reputation management, and overall digital improvement.
- Manages, listens and responds accordingly to assigned social media channels. Filters and forwards inquiries that should be shared with a specific clinic or department(s) as needed.

Collaborates with marketing team and treatment center staff on social media content calendars.
- Creates relationships with field directors to coordinate requests for marketing materials and assist with coordinating new requests with the respective specialist.
- Manage ordering and fulfillment of print, promotional and other materials as needed; including management of marketing inventory and fulfillment of clinic orders for materials.

Provide proofing and editing skill to ensure marketing materials, advertising concepts, campaign materials and press releases are accurate.

Provides support for new locations as needed, including interior signage installs and initial marketing materials.

Process all incoming departmental invoices with regard to processing, gathering appropriate approvals and tracking.

Develops and maintains strong working relationships across regional teams and disciplines in alignment with the company’s values and principles.

Operates effectively within a high performance culture in a professional and ethical manner.
- Special Projects & Duties: Will be involved with special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age

3+ years’ successful experience in marketing and sales or clinic experience and/or knowledge of behavioral health and/or addiction treatment services preferred.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively.

Must be a self-starter, creative, proactive, organized and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the willingness to learn new programs as required

Must have a detail oriented approach and be able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy and adept at time management; ability to work efficiently and independently once trained.

Proven competency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Cloud / InDesign a plus

Experience with WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

Experience with social media project/campaign management; gather and analyzing data and analytics from the platforms used

Adaptability in a challenging and dynamic environment; Understands and works well in a matrixed organizational structure
