Marketing Coordinator
We're seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator who can help us execute our variety of marketing initiatives across North America - including content creation, digital marketing and campaign reporting.

What You'll Do

    • Content Marketing: assist with content development initiatives from concept to execution including research and writing compelling content for use in promotions, blog posts, social channels, etc.
    • Coordination: Liaise with internal and external resources for campaign scheduling, approvals, copy and graphical assets, product requests, edits, translations, etc.
    • Administration: provide support for a variety of existing programs as needed, including budget tracking, research, and other duties
    • Events: Manage end-to-end logistics, promotion and presence at events we host and attend
    • Social Media: Contribute to engagement across the Eventbase social channels
    • Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in Salesforce and Pardot

What You Bring

    • At least two years experience in a marketing position, preferably in the tech industry
    • Marketing degree (preferred) or certificate
    • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
    • You have a firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
    • You have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and high levels of creativity
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
    • On the job training will be provided
