The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and 1-2 years of experience supporting a busy marketing department. Attention to detail/accuracy, the ability to multi-task, an independent and motivated work ethic, a mature and positive attitude, and a creative personality are all mandatory. Responsibilities:

• New product development including artwork and packaging approvals
• Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Provide creative input into design and development of new products.

· Copywriting, product testing and packaging briefs for consumer products in a variety of categories; including Health and Beauty, Housewares, Grocery and Pet.

• Assist with customer meetings by prepping presentations and samples
• Sample management, product development tracking and store checks
• Compilation of marketing, sales, and licensing collateral
• Assist with research for marketing, promotions, and creative services as needed by team
• Research trend insights, competitive landscape, and consumer purchasing behaviors
• Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Sourcing, Operations and Creative Team
• Assist with tradeshow coordination
• Responsible, accountable hands-on person with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Entrepreneurial instincts with clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives
• Work with customer service team and QA team to resolve all product related issues.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
• Writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy
• Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must be motivated and an independent worker
• Exceptional time management skills - ability to balance multiple projects at one time while ensuring quality and consistency
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Wrike, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
