Marketing Internship

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven intern to support our Marketing & Communications and Sales Departments. As an intern, you will play a vital role in assisting our team in finding the right Rebate and Utility programs to facilitate the placement of our EV chargers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in sustainable technologies and eager to contribute to the growth of electric vehicle infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Researching Rebate and Utility Programs: Conduct research on available rebate and utility programs related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Identify relevant opportunities in various geographic locations where we plan to deploy our EV chargers.

Contacting Utilities: Reach out to utility companies to gather information about their EV charging programs, incentives, and potential partnership opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential for this task.

Collaborating with Marketing & Communications Team: Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to align messaging and promotional efforts with the utility programs and rebates discovered. Ensure that marketing materials highlight the benefits of our EV chargers in conjunction with the available programs.

Assisting Sales Department: Support the Sales Department by providing relevant information on utility programs and rebates to potential clients. Help create persuasive materials that demonstrate the financial advantages of choosing our EV charging solutions.

Market Analysis: Assist in conducting market analysis to identify target areas with high potential for EV charger installation based on available programs and incentives.

Documentation: Maintain organized records of utility program details, communications with utility companies, and any findings that may be useful for future marketing and sales efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills are vital for effectively contacting utility companies and collaborating with internal teams.

· Enthusiasm for Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles: A keen interest in sustainability and electric vehicle technologies will be beneficial for understanding the significance of the work.

· Research Abilities: Solid research skills to identify and assess relevant rebate and utility programs across different regions.

· Initiative and Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and seek out opportunities for improvement.
