Just Energy is seeking a highly driven Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. We are looking for a versatile and creative marketer with experience in both traditional and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a versatile marketing background that includes brand, acquisition, and retention marketing. We are looking fo someone who goes beyond strategy and can roll up their sleeves to implement campaigns and marketing tactics for both our commodity and non-commodity businesses. Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner with digital and marketing teams to develop campaign strategy, objectives, aligned success metrics, and KPIs.
  • Partner with face-to-face sales team to strategize and build compelling sales promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create exciting campaigns that grow sales and develop brand awareness.
  • Maintain high quality creative and copy standards and always strive for “best in class” marketing.
  • Prepare and deliver actionable reports to senior leadership team on campaign plans, progress, and results.
  • Forget a “set it and forget it” mindset. Show dedication to campaign optimization and performance improvement, using sales and marketing data to drive improvements.

Your Background includes:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.

Skills & Other Requirements:

  • Huge plus if you have agency experience.
  • Energy experience helpful but we will teach anyone who is passionate about marketing and willing to learn.
  • Firm understanding of data analysis and tools including Google Analytics.
  • Demand generation mindset with experience in acquisition marketing and brand development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eager to roll up the sleeves and get into tactical marketing execution.
  • Highly skilled with the tools of the trade in a sales/corporate environment including written communication, market research, customer engagement, Microsoft software suite of products.
