What We Need:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team!

The Marketing Manager is responsible for strategically developing, implementing, managing and maintaining programs and communications to grow the business, foster engagement, create brand preference and generate revenue through HNI Workplace Furnishings brands in partnership with multiple sales and distribution channels. The Marketing Manager works closely with marketing and cross-functional business teams to lead the strategic development and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives that promote HNI Workplace Furnishings brands, products and services.

What You Will Do:

• Develops and executes company strategic vision that meets business objectives and support brand strategy through Creative Development, Copy and Content Management, and Merchandising Design tactics.
• Understands and develops media strategies as it relates to areas of responsibility, while identifying marketing and cross media vehicles to support core and new product launch, support, and retirement efforts.
• Applies research and analytical initiatives to drive continued innovation within the organization to provide strategic optimization recommendations of marketing efforts based upon real data.
• Leads the design, development, and execution of joint marketing programs.
• Develops, manages, and reports on annual budgets, timelines and goals while monitoring expenses for cost reduction and investment opportunities.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance programs to drive sales growth and increase market share.
• Creates and presents executive marketing presentations for stakeholders, internal sales, product, and finance teams.
• Establishes partnerships with internal customers, stakeholders, and peers.
• Participates in other activities to ensure the success of the organization. Supervises, develops, provides leadership and on-going feedback to team members.
• Directs cross functional initiatives through others.

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of progressive Marketing, Communications, Sales or relevant business experience required. Experience managing a business process preferred.
