BentoBox is trusted and loved by hospitality groups such as José Andrés’s ThinkFoodGroup and Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and independent restaurants including Emmy Squared, Suerte, and The Meatball Shop. In November 2021, Fiserv, a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology that enables 200,000 restaurants to deliver differentiating experiences, acquired BentoBox. The acquisition will allow BentoBox to support more restaurants than ever before.

About the Role:

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate. This role will report into the Marketing Operations leader as part of the Revenue Operations team helping our fast-growing organization scale!

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and the ability to work in collaborative environments. You are excited to help marketing campaigns be successful, learn about the BentoBox marketing systems and processes, and contribute insight on ways to improve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute marketing processes, with excellent attention to detail, while always looking for areas of improvement 
  • Own campaign execution and build campaign deliverables, including emails, landing pages, forms, target audience lists and performance reports in close collaboration with marketing campaign managers
  • Work in partnership with our media agency to ensure all campaign taxonomy and pixels are deployed seamlessly
  • Support a/b testing experiments for email, .com, ads, etc.
  • Manage campaign and lead data integrity to ensure we have updated, complete, quality information
  • Support QA and troubleshooting for marketing automations and system improvements, in partnership with the business systems team, resolving any discrepancies to confirm tools & processes are performing as expected 
  • Support project planning, execution, and status reporting for marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment as part of the Revenue Operations team

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in marketing operations
  • Support campaign execution end-to-end leveraging marketing software: Our stack includes; Salesforce, GetSiteControl, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Drift, Pardot, Zapier, Customer.io, and coming soon: Marketo, Seismic
  • Possess a deep understanding of the lead funnel and experience with lead generation, lead scoring, qualification, distribution, and conversion
  • Project management experience, including implementation and optimization of processes, procedures, and tools
  • Strong problem-solver, self-starter, with very high attention to detail
  • Hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous projects
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
