The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to define Databook's marketing tech stack and shape how we think about the design, execution and operations of the business's lead management processes, data compliance, marketing automation and reporting. A key member of our pipeline and revenue generating team as well as the broader operational team which includes sales and revenue operations leadership, this role will be responsible for both strategy and execution as it pertains to marketing systems.

This individual should have strong project management skills, a focus on simplification and optimization, and strong stakeholder management skills. We are looking for someone with a passion for enablement of process efficiency, with proven success driving continuous improvement of projects across a marketing team – a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to execute.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional counterparts to define and implement scalable, repeatable processes that enable execution, reporting and attribution across all regions
  • Create, implement and iterate on the technical development of integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation programs.
  • Own the health, hygiene, and management of a large contact database, including subscription center, data segmentation, smart lists, and lead uploads.
  • Interpret data, identify trends, and proactively make recommendations to leadership to improve campaign performance.
  • Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce, marketing automation, and other relevant marketing tools to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and the ROI of marketing investments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather program requirements, collect feedback and gain consensus on processes, and present on results.
  • Create and maintain best practices documentation for Marketing organization and ensure total compliance with company, industry, and global standards.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a marketing operations related role
  • In-depth understanding of marketing to sales funnel, business intelligence, and lead and account management processes and technologies
  • Experience with enterprise, account-based strategies
  • Power user of Excel, Salesforce, marketing automation, and more
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
