The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to define Databook's marketing tech stack and shape how we think about the design, execution and operations of the business's lead management processes, data compliance, marketing automation and reporting. A key member of our pipeline and revenue generating team as well as the broader operational team which includes sales and revenue operations leadership, this role will be responsible for both strategy and execution as it pertains to marketing systems.
This individual should have strong project management skills, a focus on simplification and optimization, and strong stakeholder management skills. We are looking for someone with a passion for enablement of process efficiency, with proven success driving continuous improvement of projects across a marketing team â a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to execute.
