Project background
- Specific workflow:
- Receive request from marketing team
- Address request for completion and resolve any outstanding questions/needs before beginning email loading process
- Log into Braze, create an email based on request
- Using preexisting template, load images and copy any creative
- Perform a first confirmation that no errors have been made and output matches the original request
- Assign requested user audiences to audience of the email
- Create previewable output of email and submit back to requester for QA/Approval
- Once approved, mark task as completed and notify internal team member for send scheduling
- We will use an email contractor to support daily and weekly loading of emails from our design team into our ESP, Braze.
- Contractor will set own working schedule
- These tasks are prepared by PMMs and while they have tight delivery windows, they are not time sensitive and allow for a contractor to independently conduct their business of transferring them.
Deliverables
- Contractor will be competent working with email service providers.
- Contractor will convert materials into emails and manage email service provider and ensure delivery of emails to targeted audience.
- We expect an average of 8-10 emails to be requested daily with timelines for delivery on average around a week. There are no expectations of the time in which work will be done so long as the deadline itself is met. .
Expected hours per week - 20-32
Contract Length - 6 Months
Payment terms - Hourly rate is $30-32/hr. Contractor shall invoice Faire for Services once per month, with each invoice due and payable within thirty (30) days of Faire's receipt of the invoice.
Outside consultants are to submit proposals using the application form. This is a contract opportunity.
