Marketing Programs Manager

Overview:

Clumio is looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to design, build, and execute marketing programs to create pipeline for our sales teams. You will be encouraged to push the envelope and drive creative campaigns that align to customer pain points.

The ideal candidate is an action-oriented leader who can shape an effective demand generation strategy across all marketing channels. You must be able to thrive as an individual contributor as you define marketing strategy and drive execution of marketing programs. The optimal individual will have strong demand generation and marketing systems expertise, proven ability to build scalable marketing programs, and exceptionally strong communication skills.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the development, execution and optimization of lead generation, nurturing and paid customer acquisition campaigns
  • Drive the strategy and execution of lead lifecycle programs to engage and educate prospects through the funnel
  • Leverage digital tactics alongside in-person events in alignment with regional sales teams
  • Own the pipeline relationship with sales and forge strong two-way communication between sales and marketing to ensure alignment and clarity of measurement for shared goals
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to optimize search marketing efforts, ensure optimization of spend and drive results through the funnel. Have input on keyword and bid strategies, ad copy, and landing page variations to yield ROI
  • Own, manage and execute successful webinars, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Track key business metrics including web visits, MQLs, SQLs, POCs and pipeline with the purpose of improving performance ongoing
  • Forecast pipeline and present to senior management
  • Experiment with new channels, techniques, and messaging to scale marketing results

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in building creative programs that drive revenue
  • Ability to build repeatable, effective programs and measure their effectiveness
  • Expert understanding of all digital acquisition channels, including display, search, video, webinars, and social
  • Knowledge of event sponsorships, conference participation and hosted marketing events as part of an overall demand generation strategy
  • Analytical by nature and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) – or related industry experience
  • Strong project and organization skills with the ability to optimally structure and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence critical stakeholders and to communicate the team's vision and accomplishments
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
