Marketing Project Specialist
The Marketing Project Specialist will provide support for special projects as assigned. Must be comfortable wearing many hats with extraordinary attention to detail, excellent writing skills, a good sense of humor and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, this individual will serve as liaison to the Development and Operations team as representative for the marketing and business development department for all acquisition projects and new clinic launches.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual Patient Satisfaction Survey Program for select service lines
- Develop and draft content for any required marketing materials, advertising concepts, campaign materials and press releases/articles as assigned.
- Reviews and assesses all paid advertising/media activities for the designated projects and analyzes respective ROI
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across regional teams and disciplines in alignment with the company’s values and principles.
- Create and/or edit internal communications for marketing intranet site
- Responsible for overseeing the project management platform
- Serves as Marketing Project liaison in M & A team meetings and partners with Development as well as Operations departments to analyze the marketing/business development program for each acquisition or denovo project.
- Analyzes the competitor landscape within the targeted service area for each development project to identify opportunities and concerns.
- Develops, prepares and coordinates the due diligence report for marketing and business development for the designated projects in conjunction with Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development.
- Prepares the marketing starter kit for new clinic launch projects including onboarding packet, pre-opening promotion, referral development planning and assistance to operations team with open house planning as well as other elements to assure a successful clinic opening and integration.
- Coordinates rebranding projects and signage updates
- Manages other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 3- 5+ years successful, relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare marketing
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively without close supervision.
- Must be a self-starter, creative, proactive and organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva with the willingness to learn new programs as required.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media strategies, PPC and overall digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration is critical.
- Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of detail work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required; comfortable speaking in front of large groups as needed.
