Who you are:
Polly is looking for an organized and passionate marketer to join our team. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing to create, execute, and report on various initiatives, including but not limited to: creating brand messages to improve brand awareness, advertising, inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, virtual and in-person events, market research and data analysis to further Pollyâs position as a market leader.

What youâll do:
- Work hand in hand with the Head of Marketing to create, execute, analyze, manage, and track various marketing programs and initiatives, including but not limited to: email marketing, social media, digital campaigns, content marketing, and industry events
- Conduct research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives and campaigns that increase brand awareness, build customer engagement, and generate/meet revenue goals
- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on specific market segments to gain new customers, generate cross-sell opportunities, and build repeat business
- Increase social media activity and followers
- Empower the sales and lead-gen teams with marketing content and campaigns to support prospecting efforts
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance and efficacy of marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Sales and customer success enablement as needed
Who you are:
- Experienced in the creation, execution and tracking of high-impact marketing programs
- Ability to understand and analyze trends, with experience across a wide variety of marketing channels, automation tools, lead generation, SEO, social media, digital and print advertising, public relations, and contentâdriven marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of various marketing tools, specifically HubSpot and SFDC
- HubSpot administrator is a plus
- Mortgage/B2B marketing experience is a plus
- Ability to travel as necessary
