Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategic marketing plans of the Industry Marketing Account Managers and enterprise level businesses within the Growth Organization.
  • Communicate and work with clients to manage their service and timeline expectations.
  • Recognize when work performed may impact other teams and/or other Growth Organization initiatives. Work with other members of the Growth Organization to ensure an integrated approach to growth initiatives.
  • Become knowledgeable on all areas of their specialty area, including legal impacts or considerations, advanced technologies, and best practices to ensure effective consultation with the Marketing Managers and clients.
  • Communicate regularly with manager in specialty area to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Understands business objectives and linkages to related areas
  • Decisions guided by advanced knowledge/experience and based on independent judgment
  • Independently interprets information; identifies challenges and formulates solutions
  • Receives general instructions on new assignments
  • Develops higher level knowledge and skills in own area
  • Learn and use approved internal/Growth Organization systems and processes. Offer recommendations for process improvement and implement approved changes.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other job related major
  • Requires 3+ years of job related experience
  • Preferred marketing experience in a service industry
  • Fully qualified/experienced decision maker
  • Fully functioning at expected capacity; performs a variety of assignments/jobs
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and proactively
  • Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence and dependability
  • Ability to share lessons learned and best practices
  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $50,000 to $82,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
