• 8+ years experience as Marketo architect and 5+ years experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Have experience integrating Marketo into various MarTech tools using both native integrations and APIs and/or 3rd-party integrators • Strong knowledge and experience of lead and data management, custom data, lead scoring and analytics • Experience facilitating solutions design, configuration and implementation in Marketo as well as lead lifecycle in Salesforce • SME in Marketo technology and technically adept in Marketo design, configuration, integration and implementations • Collaborate with business to gather requirements, conduct strategy workshops, design, and document technical solutions, translate business needs into technical execution, receive feedback and present results • Implement advanced lead scoring models to support the lead lifecycle and customer journey • Knowledge of other Marketing Automation systems (i.e. Hubspot, Eloqua) as well as CRM (i.e. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, IFS CRM) • Have Agile methodology working experience • Marketo Certified Expert and/or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant • Omni channel marketing and data architecture are must haves for experience • Marketing ROI measurement and marketo analytics • Go getter, good communicator
