The Global Operations team at Feedonomics

The Global Operations team at Feedonomics is an incredible group of Feedos who work to ensure our clients have THE best possible experience at Feedonomics. The support side of the team handles both inbound reactive customer support and outbound proactive client success with a focus on quality. Our Global Operations for Marketplaces team is an outstanding team supporting clients listing their products on top shopping destinations like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Target Plus! Just listing on these shopping destinations doesn’t translate to immediate success and it is our Marketplace Operations team who is there to support each client along their marketplace journey. Our stellar global operations team and support specialists are available 24/7, enabling Feedonomics to create a full-service feed management experience for advertisers.

The Role

The Marketplace Feed Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing product data feeds for our clients. You will be responsible for all elements of data feed optimization, ensuring adherence to Feedonomics and industry best practices and documented methodology to ensure a high level of service delivery. You will also work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure clients' requests are completed within project deadlines.

The Responsibilities

  • Follow best practices to build product feeds, including optimizing, modifying, sorting, and filtering mass quantities of product data into optimized product listings
  • Setting up data imports and exports via API, FTP, URL or XML
  • Manipulating data by implementing SQL queries through data sorting, extraction, and optimization
  • Configuring and mapping attributes from XML files
  • Restructure product data to fit the criteria of specific marketplace channels. For example, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Target
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the Onboarding team to resolve any feed-related issues that come up after optimization
  • Assist client with resolving outstanding errors after feeds have been pushed live
  • Document work and update project requests appropriately
  • Prioritize tasks, including managing the ticketing system queue, emails, and other responsibilities
  • Meet deadlines as set by Marketplace Enterprise Feed Managers
  • Use resources appropriately, adhering to policy and best practices

The Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with product data feed management and technical problem solving
  • Hands-on experience with top US Marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target+, eBay, or social commerce platforms
  • Excel, HTML, or SQL experience
  • A can-do attitude and team-centric
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
