Sales Finance Manager

Job Description:The Sales Finance Manager leads & orchestrates key financial processes across all Sales Channels, including planning, forecasting, analytics, and governance of investments in Trade and Displays. This role works closely with Channel Finance Leads, Sales, SRM (Sales Revenue Management) and Controllership on execution and continuous improvement of these processes to drive insights, efficiencies, and digitalization.This role plays a key role in reporting and analytics, owning cross-functional channel processes, and supporting and developing digital tools such as Trade Dashboard, 1CPL, and more. Sales Finance Manager is a dedicated business partner for several Sub-Channels and works in close partnership with Channel Finance lead.What are we looking for?• 4 Year Bachelor's Degree Required• Degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, CPA, or Master's Degree preferred• 5+ years of related experience in FMCG• Experience in a matrix organization preferredWhat will be your key responsibilities?• Business Partner for several sales teams across channels, leading periodic financial reviews, providing performance insights, supporting sales team in trade-offs, decision making and forecasting. Collaborates closely with Channel Finance lead.• Leads & orchestrates quarterly review of Trade and D&E investments (QBR) in collaboration with Channel Finance Leads.
