Are you passionate about linking the corporate vision to the needs and capabilities of the business to make our business stronger?As our Corporate Communications Strategist on the Private Client Services National team, you'll be responsible for translating business line vision, strategy and culture and shaping our communication strategies to drive growth and develop our people to their fullest potential.Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with our overall vision and goals.Manage a high-performance corporate communications team, fostering a culture of excellence, execution, transparency, attention to detail, and accountability.Ensure that our communication efforts effectively convey our brand message and values to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging and map out multi-faceted plans regarding media relations, corporate dialogue, and other external affairs across all channels.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on communication initiatives that support business objectives.Use communication as a strategic lever to enhance our corporate reputation, engage colleagues, and build strong relationships with external key stakeholders such as insurance carrier partnersCraft strategic public relations initiatives by organizing speaking engagements and interviews for senior leadership.Develop and manage a colleague communication strategy that fosters engagement, alignment, and a sense of community within the organization.Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a relevant fieldProven experience as a strategic leader in corporate communications role within a wealth management, financial institution, insurance carrier or broker with a track record of delivering impactful change.Strong understanding of the private client marketplace with enterprise-wide vision, strategy, growth, and people development.Proven experience in content writing (portfolio required)Experience in managing high-performance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Familiarity with a variety of communication channels and tools, including digital platforms and social media.Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into effective communication strategies.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
