Sales Manager, Corporate Group – Marriott Hotels

Location: Confidential (East Coast) Being advertised in regions outside of its home property
Salary: $60,000 + 20% Annual Bonus

Overview:
Join one of Marriott’s flagship properties as a Sales Manager - Corporate Group and play a pivotal role in driving group business to our luxury hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who excels in client relationship building and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and secure corporate group business for the hotel, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and reports as needed.
  • Represent the hotel at industry conferences and networking events.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a branded hotel setting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
