A Case Manager provides direct service to Adult Clients and functions as a member of an assigned FSP Team. In addition, Case Managers are responsible for the behavioral case management of the clients being served, as well as, responsibility for providing specific linkage services. The position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the FSP Clinical Supervisor or Program Manager.
1. A) Bachelor’s degree related to the fields of psychology, social work or other majors defined by the Department of Mental Health as a related degree)– OR– B) AA degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology plus two years’ experience working with high risk youth.
2. Valid California Drivers License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
Competitive Salary: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
