The Child and Family Specialist/Rehab Specialist (CFS/RS) is responsible for providing Rehab and Case management services to assigned clients and families and functions as a member of the Child and Family Team (CFT). A CFS/RS is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion in providing for the safety, permanency, and well-being of the clients. The CFS/RS reports directly to the Team or Clinical Supervisor.
1. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services, Social Work or Psychology plus a minimum of one year of experience working with high-risk youth OR a high school diploma (or General Educational Diploma (GED)) plus a minimum of three years’ experience working with high risk youth.
2. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
3. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.
4. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
5. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
Competitive Rate:
Tier 1: $21.63- $26.92 per hour.
Tier 2: $26.93- $31.25 per hour.
$1,000 signing bonus- Receive the first half of $1,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after completion of 6 months of employment.
