ServiceNow GRC/ IRM Consultant

Position: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Technical ConsultantLocation: [100% Remote]Employment Type: [Contract to Hire]Key Responsibilities:• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.• Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and platform to align with clients’ specific business requirements and processes.• Integration: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.• Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on best practices for GRC/IRM processes and ServiceNow capabilities.• Support & Troubleshooting: Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow GRC/IRM functionalities.• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solutions and configurations, including user guides and technical specifications.• Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and GRC/IRM trends, recommending enhancements and upgrades as necessary.Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.• Certifications: Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC or Certified Application Developer preferred.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript), integration technologies, and ServiceNow best practices.• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.• Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
