Your Role: What you'll be doing

  • Develop and support strategic scheduling activities to achieve enterprise program goals
  • Track and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecasts
  • Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis
  • Develop and present schedule metrics for varying levels of leadership
  • Drive accountability on scheduling deliverables
  • Manage schedule data for complex programs
  • Generate reports from the IMS depicting scheduling conflicts and issues and brief stakeholders and senior management
  • Develop and work closely with internal and external customers to fully satisfy program schedule requirements
  • Support internal monthly and quarterly program reviews
  • Incorporates changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines
  • Recommend recoveries to schedule by way of scenario analysis and trades
  • Strategic business partner with the Program Management Team

Your Background: What education and experience you'll need

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4 - 8 years of experience.

Your Background: What skills you'll need

  • Must have a strong background in Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and in Cost Management/Planning/Scheduling
  • Must have demonstrated the appropriate communication skills to interact successfully with program and finance leaders
  • This candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize program and customer requirements, execute on personal and company commitments and deliver results on time in a demanding environment.
  • The depth and breadth of the candidates planning knowledge base, leadership skills and interpersonal and presentation skills must be proven and demonstrable.
  • Demonstrated Schedule analysis experience

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only)

$75,159 - $117,545

Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.

Additionally, most salaried ULA team members work a “9/80 schedule,” meaning they enjoy every other Friday off.
