Your Role: What you'll be doing

Develop and support strategic scheduling activities to achieve enterprise program goals
Track and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecasts
Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis
Develop and present schedule metrics for varying levels of leadership
Drive accountability on scheduling deliverables
Manage schedule data for complex programs
Generate reports from the IMS depicting scheduling conflicts and issues and brief stakeholders and senior management
Develop and work closely with internal and external customers to fully satisfy program schedule requirements
Support internal monthly and quarterly program reviews
Incorporates changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines
Recommend recoveries to schedule by way of scenario analysis and trades
Strategic business partner with the Program Management Team

Your Background: What education and experience you'll need

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4 - 8 years of experience.

Your Background: What skills you'll need

Must have a strong background in Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and in Cost Management/Planning/Scheduling
Must have demonstrated the appropriate communication skills to interact successfully with program and finance leaders
This candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize program and customer requirements, execute on personal and company commitments and deliver results on time in a demanding environment.
The depth and breadth of the candidates planning knowledge base, leadership skills and interpersonal and presentation skills must be proven and demonstrable.

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only)

$75,159 - $117,545

Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.

Additionally, most salaried ULA team members work a “9/80 schedule,” meaning they enjoy every other Friday off.
